It’s the time of year when every Friday means BRUNCH and every restaurant puts on a fabulous feast with everything from sushi to steaks and fish to foie gras. Below are a few of our new favourite Friday spots offering an array of brilliant cuisine with even better views!

Feast on Indian favourites at MINT LEAF OF LONDON

The fine-dining Indian brunch is back with a new menu available from 1pm to 4.30pm every Friday and Saturday. During your visit you can enjoy a fine selection of contemporary Indian cuisine whilst soaking in magnificent views of the iconic Burj Khalifa from either the comfort of the lounge or the stylish restaurant. Crafted by a team of skilled chefs, inspired dishes include Punjabi Chicken Masala, Lamb Bhoona, Chicken Lahori Boti, Sigri Prawn Skewers and the all time favourite Dal Makhni plus an extensive live grill station in the lounge, all served alongside a selection of beverage packages. The terrace and bar area will also be active with two live bars offering an extensive list of signature cocktails. If you are looking to continue the party you can head to the adjacent Lounge at Mint Leaf for half price selected beverages between 5pm and 8pm alongside upbeat tunes from the resident DJ.

Enjoy a laidback brunch at MANGO TREE

Mango Tree Laid Back Brunch is back with a brand new menu offering authentic Thai cuisine.  Located in the exclusive Souk Al Bahar, set against a backdrop of the Burj Khalifa and the fabulous Dubai Fountains, expect a buzzy yet relaxed atmosphere every Friday and Saturday from 12.30pm – 4pm. Serving traditional Thai, prepare to indulge in delicious dishes such as Duck Confit Benedict, Goong Yank Takrai, the signature Tiger Prawn Jungle Curry and the famous Banana Brownie. With welcoming ambiance, invigorating flavours of Thai food, a selection of cocktails and  attentive service, Mango Tree’s weekend brunch is definitely one to try this winter.

Soak under the Sun at the PLUNCH Brunch

Not to be mistaken for your usual Friday brunch, the PLUNCH (pool and brunch) offering at Meliá Dubai is a must visit! Guests are welcomed to the newly renovated Estrellas Skyline Lounge in colourful, casual daytime glam outfits, complete with their flower headbands and Rayban sunglasses.

Prepare to be amazed by the wide selection of international cuisine, including succulent barbeque grills, authentic Spanish paella, a live Mexican counter and seafood bar and an incredible selection of cocktails and mocktails. Don’t miss this fun, casual Friday PLUNCH, where you are urged to dance along to the latest hits, take a plunge in the pool and enjoy the breath-taking view of the Dubai skyline. Dim sum for all at Hakkasan’s HAKKA Brunch

Hakkasan Abu Dhabi has refreshed its Hakka Brunch menu to coincide with the start of the new season, providing an exciting new offering at the restaurant. Guests are invited to experience a four course brunch menu either in the restaurant or seated on the terrace overlooking the cityscape. The menu still features the signature Hakkasan Peking duck station but has some new additions to the menu including steamed wild prawn in a homemade chilli sauce. The brunch ends with a dessert station offering a selection of some of the finest desserts and patisserie created by Hakkasan’s pastry team.
